It will be the usual concept, a 5 course dinner paired with 5 lovely wines, all priced at £40 per person.

Starter – Pheasant, chestnut veloute & pancetta
Fish course – Panfried hake & crab
Main course – Venison wellington, fondant potato, red wine & chocolate sauce
Dessert – Hot Toddy. Whisky jelly, honey parfait, ginger sponge!
